SALT is the work of Tony and Michelle Banks, husband and wife and St Brelade’s Bay residents who set out to build the restaurant they had always wanted to eat in.
It started with the bay.
For Tony and Michelle, the bay was never just a view.
The early morning walks with Grace along the sand kept ending in the same conversation. For somewhere this special, there should be a place to eat and spend time that truly matched the setting.
Eventually they stopped waiting for someone else to build it and decided to do it themselves.

Good food and comfortable spaces, whether the occasion calls for watching the match with your dog downstairs, marking something special upstairs, or taking in a sunset from the roof terrace.
